Our Story

In 2003, Erin's journey to Ghana led her to Stephen at the Cape Coast Slave Castle, where she witnessed the struggles of orphaned children. This experience ignited a passion for change, resulting in the formation of Learn Grow Lead alongside Anika. Together, they focus on empowering local communities through sustainable farming and education, establishing The Helpers Farm and an orphanage.

Our Impact

The Helpers Farm in Ghana not only grows organic produce but also feeds school children, supports mothers, funds an orphanage, and provides educational support to disadvantaged youth. Thousands of lives have been positively impacted since its inception.
