Our Story

Leadership Prince William is a dedicated non-profit organization established in 2007, aimed at fostering community leadership and collaboration among diverse leaders in Prince William County and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. Initially formed through a partnership of local chambers of commerce, it addresses pressing community challenges through innovative leadership programs.

Impact

Since 2008, graduates of the Signature Program have taken on leadership roles across various sectors, launching initiatives that tackle critical issues like food insecurity, positively impacting thousands in the community.
