Our Story

Established in 1992 by local community and business leaders, Leadership Orange is dedicated to identifying and cultivating the next generation of leaders in Orange County, New York. This non-profit organization has evolved into a comprehensive training program for both adults and youths, boasting over a thousand alumni from its Signature and Junior Leadership Orange Programs. Each year, participants engage in monthly educational sessions led by local leaders, addressing various regional challenges and issues, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life in Orange County.
