About Leadership Kitsap

Founded in 1993 by the Kitsap Chambers of Commerce and the United Way of Kitsap County, Leadership Kitsap has been a beacon of hope and empowerment for emerging leaders in the community. Since the inaugural class in 1994, 479 servant leaders have graduated, each equipped to make a difference in Kitsap County. Through 79 community service projects, Leadership Kitsap fosters civic engagement and leadership development, ensuring that the voices of diverse backgrounds are heard and valued.
