Leadership Hendricks County was established in 1992 to equip citizens with essential leadership tools and knowledge. Recognizing a community need, the Agriculture Advisory Council of the Hendricks County Cooperative Extension Service initiated a comprehensive year-long curriculum aimed at developing effective leaders. Since then, LHC has successfully trained over 600 adults and 700 youth leaders, fostering a culture of leadership in the community.
With over 1,000 local leaders educated, LHC enhances leadership skills and builds networks to tackle community challenges.
