Founders Brad Edson, Brett Edson, Brad Routh, and Barry Asmus envisioned a supportive community for Christian leaders facing unique challenges. What started as a week-long conference has transformed into a thriving network of professional connections and deep relationships, officially incorporated as a nonprofit in 2019.
