Our Story

Leadership Baltimore County (LBC) was founded in 1983 to enhance the quality of life in Baltimore County. Originally a program of the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce, LBC offers a transformative 10-month experience that fosters personal and professional growth. Participants engage with local leaders and gain insights from thought leaders through high-quality learning sessions. Since 2016, the program has included a 360-degree leadership assessment and executive coaching, empowering individuals to become effective community leaders.
