Our Story

Lead The Way Fund, Inc. is a dedicated nonprofit organization established to honor the legacy of Sgt. James J. Regan, an Army Ranger who made the ultimate sacrifice in Iraq. Since 2007, this all-volunteer grassroots effort has rallied patriotic citizens to support disabled U.S. Army Rangers and the families of those who have died or are currently serving in harm’s way.
