Our Story

Founded in 2017, LEAD Edu emerged from the success of the LEAD Monrovia Football Academy in Liberia. Recognizing the need for early leadership development, LEAD Edu aims to cultivate ethical, empathetic, and entrepreneurial leaders from primary and secondary school levels. With the establishment of LEAD Morocco in 2019, the organization has proven that its holistic leadership model can be effectively contextualized across different regions.

Today, LEAD Hubs educate, feed, and train 240 future leaders daily, while reaching over 2,000 additional children throughout the year. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, LEAD Edu launched LEAD Learning, which has since empowered more than 135,000 children in Liberia, Morocco, and Bangladesh with essential skills for the 21st century.
