Laurie’s Love was born from a profound friendship between two cancer warriors, Laurie Brewer and a dedicated colleague. Both faced their own battles with cancer—Laurie with T-cell Prolymphocytic Leukemia and her friend with Triple Negative breast cancer. Through their journey, they discovered the critical need for emotional and social support among patients facing similar challenges. This realization sparked the creation of Laurie’s Love, a platform designed to connect cancer patients, their families, and caregivers, fostering a community of understanding and strength.
