Founded in 1994 in memory of Laura, a victim of domestic violence, Laura's House was established by a dedicated group of local women. Their mission was to create a safe haven for battered women, and since then, the organization has expanded its services to include shelter, counseling, legal advocacy, and education. Located in California, Laura's House addresses the multi-dimensional issue of domestic violence through comprehensive interventions.
