In November 2016, a group of compassionate individuals gathered for breakfast and discussed ways to support the unhoused and financially struggling members of their community. Inspired by a homeless man’s need for clean clothes, they established Laundry Love Citrus Heights in partnership with Debbie, the owner of Greenback Coin Wash. Since then, thousands of loads of laundry have been washed and dried, restoring dignity and hope to those in need.
