Our Story

Founded in 2002 by activist Lucy Pineda, Latinos Unidos en Massachusetts (LUMA) began as a beacon of hope for the Salvadorian community and has since expanded its reach to serve all Latin American residents in Massachusetts. Offering vital services such as immigration assistance, folkloric dance, English classes, and workshops on labor rights, LUMA has become an integral part of the community.
