LASHAWNTAY T HOWARD YOUTH OFFENDER CENTER

Lashawntay T Howard Youth Offender Center operates a year round program in the Liberty City area of Miami-Dade, for youth between the ages 11-16. The program was designed to prevent the drop-out -rate of in-school youth. (L.T.H.Y.O.C) was created to reach out to our troubled youth in Miami-Dade County.
