Lalmba Association was founded in 1963 by Hugh and Marty Downey after a life-changing encounter with two orphan boys in Eritrea. Since then, Lalmba has dedicated itself to providing essential healthcare, education, and support to vulnerable communities in Kenya and Ethiopia.
In 2023 alone, Lalmba provided care to over 57,000 patients and supported more than 1,300 children, significantly impacting nearly 80,000 lives through various programs.
