Our Story

In September 2013, Jim "JR" Rosenberg and John "Rocky" Hewitt, with the support of the City of Lake Forest, adopted the 1st Law Enforcement Battalion, USMC, to honor their service. This initiative has now expanded to include the 1st Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company (1st ANGLICO), USMC. The Lake Forest USMC Support Committee was established to foster a strong relationship between the community and the members of 1st ANGLICO and their families, providing year-round support and enhancing their lives.

Impact

The Committee aims to generate ongoing community support for the Marines, sailors, and families of 1st ANGLICO, both at Camp Pendleton and during deployments.
