Our Story

Founded by Shari Bailey and Michael Nash, Laila's Gift emerged from their personal journey with their daughter Laila, who was diagnosed with Jacobsen Syndrome. This organization is dedicated to advocating for, supporting, and celebrating children with special needs and disabilities, along with their families, known as Sunflower Families.

Impact

Since its inception in 2022, Laila's Gift has served over 1,000 families, empowering children with special needs and their caregivers to thrive together.
