Laguna Greenbelt, Inc. is a grassroots organization dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and wildlife habitats of Orange County. Founded in 1968 by Jim Dilley, the organization has tirelessly worked to create a greenbelt around Laguna Beach, protecting a coastal wilderness area that now spans 22,000 acres.
