For over 12 years, Ladies of Virtue has been dedicated to empowering Black girls in Chicago’s underserved communities. Through a unique community-based model, the organization integrates culture, mentoring, leadership development, and mental health support tailored to the specific needs of Black girls.
Impacting Lives and Futures
In 2024, an impressive 94% of participants were accepted into four-year colleges, and 92% secured summer internships. This is a stark contrast to the employment rates of African American teens, highlighting the critical role of Ladies of Virtue in shaping futures.
