Our Story

Founded in Austin, Texas, Ladies Let’s Talk began with a simple yet powerful idea: to create a safe space for refugee and immigrant women to improve their English skills through conversation. What started as a small gathering of inspired women has blossomed into a vibrant community of over 2,000 individuals. With four dedicated women-only English language programs, Ladies Let’s Talk has registered over 900 volunteers and welcomed more than 1,600 learners from 66 different countries. This diverse tapestry of cultures and languages enriches the learning experience, fostering connections and understanding among participants.
