Our Story
In January 1973, a grassroots movement began in Preble County, initiated by parents of adults with developmental disabilities. They aimed to create alternatives to home confinement. This effort led to the incorporation of Preble County Adult Workshop Inc. in 1973, which evolved into L&M Products, Inc. in 1982. Today, L&M Products serves over 75 individuals through day services, 20+ in community employment, and approximately 10 in homemaker personal care services.
