Our Story

Established in 1959 by passionate parents, L A R C Housing Corporation was founded on the principles of opportunity, growth, friendship, and community. Over the years, LARC has transformed from a small dorm-like setting into a thriving, inclusive environment, featuring modern residential homes and diverse amenities. The development of the LARC Villas and various social and recreational activities have marked significant milestones in our journey. Resident councils have been formed to encourage active participation and decision-making, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose for our residents.
