Kulungu Corporation was founded by Bienvenu M. Kulungu, inspired by a family tradition of compassion and service. After moving from the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the United States for education, Bienvenu recognized the urgent healthcare and educational needs in his homeland. Established in February 2015, Kulungu Corporation is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the Congolese people, especially in impoverished and conflict-affected regions.
In 2023, Kulungu Corporation made significant strides by donating medical supplies, clothing, and food to orphanages and clinics in Kinshasa. Through partnerships with major U.S. hospitals, the organization has also provided essential training in conflict resolution and initiated projects to improve access to clean water and healthcare in rural areas of the DRC.
