Our Story

Outreach in Eswatini began under Kudvumisa Trust in 2008 with the Children’s HIV Intervention Programme in Swaziland (CHIPS). This initiative started in the Maphiveni and Vuvulane communities, focusing on impoverished and isolated HIV-affected children and their caregivers. By facilitating access to healthcare from Good Shepherd Hospital, located 50km away, the Foundation has been able to make a significant difference in these communities.

Our Impact

Thanks to the generosity of donors, better access to healthcare is provided in isolated communities, treating health issues and offering refills for chronic conditions.
