Our Story

Founded in 1974 by a dedicated pastor and his congregation, the Korean Community Service Center of Greater Washington began with a mission to assist newly arrived visitors and immigrants from Korea. Over the years, KCSC has transformed into the largest bilingual and bicultural Korean social service agency in the DC metropolitan area, serving over 175,000 Asian American immigrant families.

Impact

KCSC plays a crucial role in supporting Asian American communities, currently assisting around 1,200 individuals each month across five office locations. The organization ensures that families have access to essential resources to thrive.
