Transforming Lives Through Education and Health Services

Komo Learning Centres, founded in 2009 in Mukono District, Uganda, has been a beacon of hope for countless students and families. Initially supporting the Johnson Nkosi Memorial Primary School, Komo has expanded its reach to develop a robust sponsorship program that has empowered over 120 students to pursue secondary and tertiary education. The organization also co-founded the Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Apprenticeship Program (LEAP), providing vocational training to over 4,000 secondary school dropouts.

Impacting the Community

With the establishment of the Nama Wellness Community Centre (NAWEC) clinic, Komo serves over 15,000 clients annually, employing 100 community health workers to ensure essential health services are accessible to all.
