Established in December 1977, Knoxville Center of the Deaf (KCD) is dedicated to providing communication access for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and DeafDisabled individuals. KCD serves a diverse community across Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Fentress, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Pickett, Roane, Scott, and Sevier counties, breaking down barriers through awareness and inclusion.
