About Knights of Heroes Foundation

Founded in November 2007 by retired Lieutenant Colonel Steve Harrold, the Knights of Heroes Foundation honors the legacy of Major Troy Lee "Trojan" Gilbert, who lost his life in Iraq. This organization is dedicated to empowering children who have lost a parent in military service by providing them with mentorship, character development, and outdoor adventure programs.

Over the past 13 years, 72 campers have graduated from the Knights of Heroes program, showcasing significant personal growth and character development.
