The Kleberg County Adult Literacy Council (KCALC) was founded in 1986 by dedicated members of the Woman’s Club of Kingsville. Located in the R.J. Kleberg Public Library, KCALC is committed to providing free literacy services to adults in the community.

KCALC offers individualized and group instruction to adults aged eighteen and older, enhancing their reading, writing, and English speaking skills.
