EIN: 82-1223987 · Bremerton, WA
Our Story
Established in 2017, Kitsap Homes of Compassion was founded by Joel Adamson to combat the homelessness crisis in Kitsap County. By utilizing existing homes, the organization provides safe and affordable permanent supportive housing, particularly for vulnerable populations such as seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Our Impact
Kitsap Homes of Compassion currently operates 27 homes, offering stable housing for individuals with disabilities, young adults, mothers with children, seniors, and veterans. The organization also provides essential Housing Support Services, significantly enhancing the quality of life and health outcomes for its residents.
Why Donate?
Your donations are vital for covering the operational costs of services provided to residents. Monthly fees do not fully support the needs of each resident, and KHOC seeks to offset a $100 monthly deficit per resident, fund case management, and cover one-time costs for creating permanent affordable homes.
Make a Difference Today!
Join the fight against homelessness in Kitsap County. Your generous donation, whether in cryptocurrency or cash, can help provide safe and stable housing for those in need. Together, we can create lasting change!
