Our Story

The Kirk Edward Nairn Memorial Scholarship Foundation was established in memory of Kirk Nairn, an Abingdon High School senior who tragically lost his life in a car accident shortly before his graduation in 2019. This foundation honors his legacy by providing scholarships to students who exemplify qualities such as spiritual conviction, leadership, community service, and academic achievement.

Impact

Thanks to the generosity of supporters, the foundation has provided $45,000 in scholarships in the past year and a total of $244,500 since its establishment, helping students pursue their educational goals and continue Kirk's legacy.
