Our Story

Founded in 1981 by David and Sally Gallagher, King's Table Ministries emerged from a personal journey of love and acceptance. After the birth of their daughter Katie, who was diagnosed with Down Syndrome, the Gallaghers recognized the need for a supportive community for families affected by disabilities. What began as a simple clothing drive has blossomed into a comprehensive network of support, connecting families to resources and fostering inclusion within the church and beyond.
