To celebrate and elevate the living and historic legacy of King Records in all its rich musical, cultural and civil rights heritage through the preservation and relaunch of a headquartered King Records on Brewster Avenue to educate and enliven communities across the region, nation and globe, and to engage in any other lawful act or activity for which non-profits companies may be formed under Sections 1702.0 I lo 1702.99, Inclusive, of the Ohio Revised Code.
