Our Story

Kindness Factory was founded by Kath Koschel, a former elite cricketer who faced profound personal challenges. After experiencing the loss of her partner and battling through despair, Kath discovered the transformative power of kindness. This revelation led to the establishment of Kindness Factory on November 13, 2015, with a mission to inspire individuals to engage in acts of kindness, aiming to achieve 1 million acts of kindness. Today, Kindness Factory operates across Australia and the USA, focusing on educational programs that foster a kinder community.
