Kilimanjaro Mission Hospital (KMH) was established in 2010 as a medical mission in Kajiado County, Kenya. Initially supported by a dedicated team of 25 volunteers, KMH has evolved into a vital healthcare facility serving a rural community with limited access to reliable healthcare. The mission is to ensure that quality primary health care services and education are available to all, regardless of economic status, tribal affiliation, or religious beliefs.
Since its inception, KMH has treated over 4,600 patients at its clinic, demonstrating consistent growth in both new and returning patients. This significant impact on the Kimana community highlights the urgent need for healthcare services. Currently, KMH is raising funds to construct a much-needed maternity and surgery center, further enhancing its ability to meet the community's healthcare needs.
