This rare genetic blood disease poses significant challenges, including bone marrow failure and increased cancer risk. Since its inception, Kidz1stFund has dedicated itself to raising awareness and funding critical research to combat this disease, while also promoting the importance of joining the National Bone Marrow Registry.
