Founded in 1978 by Marilyn Anderson, Kids Free to Grow serves as the Child Abuse Prevention Council for York and Cumberland County. With a mission to empower children and families, the organization has expanded its programming to include vital prevention and education initiatives aimed at fostering a safe community.
