Our Story

Founded by Faith and David Friedlander, Kids & Families Together (K&FT) emerged from a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families involved in foster care, kinship care, and adoption. Since opening on January 1, 2000, K&FT has dedicated itself to providing a safe and supportive environment where families can strengthen their emotional connections.

In Ventura County, K&FT has successfully delivered therapeutic counseling and educational support services to foster/resource, kinship, legal guardian, and adoptive caregivers, helping families navigate complex situations and enhance their emotional well-being.
