About KeystoneCare

KeystoneCare originated as a hospice provider with the establishment of Keystone House in 1997, the first freestanding residential hospice in southeastern Pennsylvania. Founded by hospice nurse Gail Inderwies and Joan Reese, President of Keystone Home Health Services, this innovative facility was designed to provide holistic care in a warm, home-like environment. Keystone House has achieved numerous milestones, including being the first hospice in Pennsylvania to care for a pediatric patient and the first to be accredited by the National Institute for Jewish Hospice.
