About Kent School Services Network

Founded in 2006, Kent School Services Network (KSSN) began its transformative journey in eight pilot schools, driven by the Kent County Family and Children's Coordinating Council. This initiative integrates health and human services with education, collaborating with local partners including government agencies, foundations, and healthcare organizations. By 2014, KSSN evolved into a formal 501(c)3 nonprofit, now partnering with 44 schools across seven districts, serving students from pre-K through 12th grade.

Impact of KSSN

Since KSSN's inception, 38% of teachers have reported an increase in student attendance and readiness to learn, showcasing the program's effectiveness in enhancing educational outcomes.
