Founded in 2014, Kalos Health is a regional nonprofit health insurance company dedicated to navigating the evolving landscape of healthcare in Western New York. By staying informed about changes in the healthcare system, Kalos Health seizes opportunities to forge new partnerships and drive meaningful change for the betterment of its members. The organization provides health insurance coverage through a Medicaid Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) Plan, specifically designed for individuals aged 18 and older who face chronic illnesses or health disabilities and are eligible for Medicaid. Serving six counties—Erie, Niagara, Genesee, Orleans, Chautauqua, and Monroe—Kalos Health's RN Care Managers coordinate comprehensive healthcare services tailored to the diverse needs of the community.
