K9 Spirit Organization was founded by Stacy McIlveen, inspired by her rescue dog Spirit, who was saved from euthanasia at a high-kill shelter. This organization is dedicated to rescuing small dogs and herding breeds, educating the public on responsible pet ownership, and combating puppy mills.
