Our Story

The K-State Student Union was established in the early 1950s by the dedicated students of Kansas State University. Recognizing the need for a dedicated space for student activities, they voted to fund its construction, leading to the Union's opening in 1956. Since then, the Union has been a vital part of campus life, continuously supported by students through votes for renovations and improvements.

Our Impact

Serving as a central hub for student engagement, the K-State Student Union hosts over 150 cultural, recreational, and educational programs each year, significantly enhancing the overall student experience.
