Justice For Our Neighbors Nebraska, part of the CIRA network, has evolved from a small, volunteer-driven initiative into a unified agency dedicated to providing comprehensive services to immigrants and refugees across Nebraska. Since its inception in 1997, the organization has achieved significant milestones, including the expansion of legal clinics and federal recognition as a refugee resettlement agency. The 2022 merger with the Refugee Empowerment Center has further strengthened its mission.
