Justice For Families

Our Story

Justice For Families (J4F) is a national network of family leaders dedicated to ending mass criminalization, particularly among youth and communities of color. Founded in 2012, J4F is unique as it is the only national juvenile justice reform organization led by families directly impacted by the juvenile justice system.

Impact

Since its inception, J4F has trained over 500 families and engaged more than 7,000 juvenile justice practitioners nationwide. The organization has also provided direct services to over 480 families in the Bronx during the COVID-19 crisis, showcasing its commitment to community impact and systemic change.
