Founded in 1989, Justice 360 has evolved through various names and leaderships, all dedicated to ensuring justice for those facing the death penalty in South Carolina. Originally established as the South Carolina Death Penalty Resource Center, the organization has undergone significant transformations, including a name change to the Post-Conviction Defender Organization and later to the Death Penalty Resource & Defense Center. In 2016, it was renamed Justice 360, reflecting a renewed commitment to holistic justice.
