Our Story
Just The Beginning - A Pipeline Organization is dedicated to building and strengthening the pipeline toward diversity in the legal profession. Founded in honor of the Integration of the Federal Judiciary in 1949, JTB-APO inspires young students, especially from underrepresented communities, to pursue careers in law.
Impact
In 2023, 87% of JTB scholars reported increased interest in becoming lawyers after participating in the Summer Legal Institute, showcasing the effectiveness of our programs.
