The Junior League of Waterloo-Cedar Falls, Iowa, Inc. was founded in 1938 by Mrs. Philip K. Rausch with a vision to empower women and create meaningful community impact. Over the decades, the League has evolved, focusing on volunteer action, collaboration, and training to address the needs of the community.
