Founded in 1934, Junior League of the Shoals began as a small group of 30 women dedicated to improving their community. Originally known as the Junior League Auxiliary, the organization evolved into the Muscle Shoals District Service League, which was officially recognized by the Association of Junior Leagues International in 2006. Today, Junior League of the Shoals continues to foster community engagement through diverse perspectives and collaborative partnerships.
