Our Story

The Junior League of Miami, Inc. is a dynamic organization of women dedicated to advancing women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Founded in 1901 by social activist Mary Harriman, this League has become one of the oldest and most effective women’s volunteer organizations globally, with a rich history of community service in Miami.
